The International Medical Co. Ltd. (hereinafter called 'TIMC') was established in the early 1960s. With 60 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, we maintain excellent long-term relationship with our suppliers and customers. TIMC is sole agent and exclusive distributor for many pharmaceutical companies around the world. We are engaged in marketing and distribution of prescription, OTC drugs and health supplements in the territory. Our sales force and service scope cover government clinics and the Hospital Authority, private hospitals, doctors’ clinics, pharmacies, medicine companies, chain stores, supermarkets and department stores.
TIMC’s service objective includes supplying high-quality medicines/products to, improving medical efficiency and enhancing the health of, Hong Kong citizens.
As for the OTC drugs, TIMC represents Haribo Ricqlès Zan, France; Kin Fung (Weisen-U) Co. Ltd., Hong Kong; Mission Pharmacal, USA; Arnet Pharmaceutical, USA and etc. For Prescription drugs, on the other hand, TIMC represents Martindale, UK, Ethypharm, France; Alvogen & World Medicine of Europe, Synthon B.V., Netherland and other renowned global pharmaceutical companies.
TIMC maintains close and long term business relationship with its suppliers. We have been selling our signature products, Weisen-U® and Ricqlès® Peppermint Cure for more than half a century, promoting Citracium®health supplement and non-proprietary drugs from overseas manufacturers for more than 20 years.
TIMC provides full range of services from warehousing and distribution to marketing and promotion, sales, logistics and product registration.
TIMC warehouse is licensed by The Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong. We are an approved wholesaler and distributor for pharmaceutical preparations (including injectables), dangerous drugs and antibiotics. The warehouse is equipped with a cold storage facility. The premises are regularly inspected by the Department of Health of Hong Kong. In addition, TIMC is a licensed manufacturer for secondary packaging. This has leveraged our service to a more professional and diversified level.
In addition to serving the Hong Kong market, TIMC also provides product distribution service in Macau. Our logistics division provides import and export documentation, warehousing, invoicing, distribution and re-export service to our overseas customers.
TIMC commenced China trade during mid-eighties. Being the sole distributor of Kin Fung (Weisen-U) Co Ltd., we distribute the well-known gastrointestinal drug, Weisen-U®, to all major cities, provinces and autonomous regions throughout China. We have established good communication and relationship with the National Medical Products Administration, Institute for Drug Control and key pharmaceutical companies in China over the years.
